This shelter area is a standard basement mechanincal room fallout shelter area. The doctor I went to when I was young is still in this building. There used to be a fallout shelter sign in the hallway right next to the door to the stairs but it was removed years ago. I believe it was that sign that started my fascination with all this nonsense. There are shelter signs still on the outside of the building over the basement access exterior door and inside the building in the stairwell. I took this video after asking permission from the building management.
